Do you have a story to share?

The rules of sharing your story are simple:

  • Write about your experience, include photos or spaces for stock photos if preferred
  • If you have at any point been professionally diagnosed with a condition please reference it in your story so your story can be tagged for others to gain comfort, insights or support.
  • Share your first name, age and location to be added at the end of your story
  • Ensure your story contains absolutely no discrimination of any kind. This is a completely inclusive space. No one should feel unconformable with any misrepresentation in your story.

If you want to contact me about anything else, please drop me an email and I’ll aim to get back to you within 48hours.

Although a very passionate advocate, I must state I am in no way a qualified mental health professional and will not give advice to anyone who believes they are suffering with a condition. If you are suffering with a condition and need support, please review my resources page for details of organisations qualified to help.

Although therapeutic, sharing your story is not a way to seek professional support nor should you take advice from other posts in order to recover from a mental illness.

These posts are purely available so people can share their thoughts, feelings and experiences around mental health and for others to read them in hope of realising mental illness is just as normal as physical illness.
